Vedika Rajasthani lal mirch chatni, also called lahsun ki chatni, is the fiery red garlic chutney of the Rajasthani kitchen. It is made from dried red chillies and fresh garlic, stone-ground and roasted in our own A2 Gir cow desi ghee. No refined oil, no colour, no preservatives.
The chillies are cleaned by hand and soaked, then stone-ground with garlic and salt so the texture stays coarse. The paste is roasted in desi ghee until the raw edge softens and the colour deepens. That is the whole recipe: chillies, garlic, salt and ghee.
It is the classic partner to dal bati, and it lifts bajra roti, paratha, khichdi and plain rice with ghee. A little goes a long way.
Made in an ISO 22000:2018 and FSSAI certified kitchen, roasted in our own A2 Gir cow ghee.
