Processing & dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- You'll receive a tracking link by email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Delivery time
- Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote or non-metro pincodes may take a little longer.
- You can check the estimated delivery date for your pincode on any product page before ordering.
Shipping charges
- Shipping is FREE on orders above ₹599.
- A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹599.
Serviceability & COD
We deliver to most pincodes in India. Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable pincodes; some locations may be prepaid-only. If your pincode is not serviceable, the website will let you know at checkout.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier issues or events beyond our control. We'll do our best to keep you updated.
Wrong address / failed delivery
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no response, re-shipping charges may apply.
